Our account team starts with a customized strategy, which ensures the most cost-effective, yet user-friendly installation. Since we have long-standing relationships with all major fitness equipment manufacturers, we act as a single point of contact while we coordinate all the complexities of a job – so our clients can focus on what they do best: opening their gyms and serving their fitness customers.
- We test, test, test:
We assess and conduct quality control on all equipment prior to delivery to our clients’ locations. Our trained technicians then test all equipment again on site after the installation is completed. We test all personal viewing screens and any unique products that may require on-site assembly as well.

Installations are conducted by our team of 100+ trained technicians and under the direct supervision of an experienced Project Manager.

All of our facilities use a state-of-the art equipment tracking and reporting system (our ePortal), so our clients are in the know, every step of the way

Our team makes every effort to accommodate client requests. We invest the time to plan and execute a successful delivery, then we conduct post-installation reviews to measure our performance and ensure on-going accountability.
